Since we hand-prepare every order, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard delivery via USPS typically takes 3–5 business days.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. This allows us to ensure our luxury candle glass jars arrive safely and quickly to your door.

• To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on jewelry or candles.

While we pack our candle jars with extra care, accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damage item along with the packaging at dluxeaurora@outlook.com within 24 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately or process for a refund.

On your first light, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar (usually 2–3 hours). Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before relighting.

Many of our artisan pieces feature gold-plated and silver-plated spacers. To keep them looking vibrant and to prevent natural tarnishing:

• Avoid Moisture: Plated metals react to water, sweat, and humidity. Always remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or working out.

• The "Chemical" Rule: Apply your perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions before putting on your jewelry. The chemicals in these products can wear down the gold and silver plating.

• Store Properly: When not in use, keep your pieces in a sealed jewelry pouch or a dry, lined box to minimize exposure to air.

• Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe away oils after each wear. Never use harsh jewelry cleaners on plated items.
